Construction, Engineering & Electrical Contracting Expertise

After joining Fluidics in 1981, Lino worked his way steadily up through the ranks, becoming vice president in 1999. During that time, he developed considerable construction, engineering, and electrical contracting expertise. As a result, he has handled a wide variety of sales and marketing, as well as planning and fulfillment activities. He has also managed projects, done design work, coordinated tasks with field operations, provided energy conservation consulting, and ensured ongoing customer support.

His efforts have paid off in a number of important achievements. In addition to generating millions of dollars in business and being the HVAC, facilities, mechanical & electrical company's top sales performer for the past 12 consecutive years, Lino has effectively maintained and continually expanded customer relations. He has also opened up a significant number of new business areas, while making substantial contributions to the company's HVAC, facilities, mechanical & electrical service division and to the firm's total quality management efforts..

Lino is active in various HVAC services, real estate, energy conservation, and operating engineering organizations. Holder of electrical licenses for Philadelphia and other municipalities, he is a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Mechanical Service Contractors of America, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and the Illuminating Engineering Society.

Lino earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University. He is bilingual, English and Italian. He served in U. S. Army and spent time in Vietnam. He left the armed forces with an honorable discharge as Sgt E5.

The Personal Side

Lino is married with two children, one in college and one in high school. He enjoys golfing, skiing and traveling.
