As Sales Manager, Art is responsible for leading the EMCOR Services Fluidics account management team and expanding the company’s service contract and project work base, all while maintaining the integrity and professionalism Fluidics is known for. As part of the executive team, Art assists with the development and growth of the company’s mechanical construction, maintenance, and energy solution offerings and supports the development strategies of the retrofit business. He also assumes the accountability of the marketing and business development initiatives for the company.

Expertise

Art has over 26 years of experience in the mechanical industry, beginning his career as a mechanic in the construction sector. Within a few years, he joined Burns Mechanical where he spent the next 12 years of his career. Art held various roles throughout his tenure with increasing responsibilities, including Project Manager, Sales Service Representative, and General Foreman, where he oversaw large-scale higher education, multi residential, and healthcare commercial projects. Upon the retirement of his former Service Manager, he was promoted to Operations Manager and was responsible for all day-to-day operations and managing over 26 service technicians and office staff. Prior to joining the Fluidics team in 2019, Art was an Account Manager for Herman Goldner Co. Inc.

Early on in his career, Art completed the Steamfitters LU 420 Apprenticeship Program and achieved OSHA Safety certification. He attended Drexel University and received his Mitsubishi City Multi Designer certificate and completed sales training thru B2B Business Sales Training. Art is heavily involved with the Mechanical and Service Contractors Association (MSCA), holding positions on the PAC and Marketing and Education committees. He has completed various MSCA courses and was a member of the MSCA Future Leaders Group.

The Personal Side

Art and his longtime girlfriend have a blended family of five children. He enjoys golf and soccer and has coached competitive youth soccer, holding board positions on the local club level.
