John J. Torok III
John manages the operations of the Lehigh Valley territory to ensure customer satisfaction is met with timely, quality services. He is dedicated to developing relationships with potential clients for new business opportunities within his territory, while also maintaining the relationships of current, key accounts. John helps to drive team performance at Fluidics by leading and guiding the sales professionals, assuring to maximize the firm’s revenue.
John has over 35 years of experience in mechanical services and brings forth vast knowledge of the mechanical contracting industry. He began his career at a residential and light commercial contractor as a technician and after dedication and persistence, worked his way to the role of service manager. Eager to broaden his level of experience, he began working for PPL, an electric utility contractor, as a technical consultant in both the residential and commercial markets specializing in mechanical systems and energy management. Prior to joining the Fluidics team in 2014, John served as the general manager of the service department at H.T. Lyons Mechanical Contractors and Engineers.
John received an Associate of Science Degree in Environmental Technology from Lehigh Carbon Community College. John holds certifications from the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association, Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium, Air Conditioning Contractors of America, and the Bell and Gossett School of Comfort in Chicago, IL. He is a Certified Energy Management (CEM) professional with an EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
John is an active member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and is also a member of the HVAC advisory board at the Lehigh Career and Technical Institute. He serves as treasurer on the Executive Board of Directors for the Service Contractors Association of the Greater Delaware Valley.
The Personal Side
John resides in Allentown, PA with his wife Diane. He has three children, John IV, Sarah, Rachel, and a son-in-law Jared.
