As Safety Director at EMCOR Services Fluidics, Peter focuses on regulatory compliance, the prevention of incidents, and the implementation of productivity principles. By helping ensure client projects are completed safely, productively, and on schedule, he instills in his team the core belief that all incidents are preventable. Peter provides guidance to all divisional teams on EMCOR Productivity and Motion is Money principles. Implementation of these two key programs results in improved field productivity and the prevention of incidents that have a relationship to motion in the work place.
A motivated professional with over 16 years of Human Resources (HR) experience, Peter has strengths in staffing, recruitment, safety, training and development, employee relations, labor relations, payroll, and compliance. His extended HR background enables him to effectively develop, implement, and enforce safety programs and protocols.
Peter spent eight years with the Philadelphia Water Department, as the Occupational Safety Administrator and Human Resources Generalist, where he directed the Departmental Safety program for 2,000 employees, conducted safety inspections throughout the workplace, and trained employees in safety and new employee orientation, among other responsibilities. Prior to joining the Fluidics team in 2017, Peter was the Philadelphia Revenue Department’s Human Resources Manager.
Peter holds certifications from the National Safety Council and U.S. Department of Labor. He received his bachelor’s in history from Arcadia University and is a United States Army veteran who proudly served during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Peter enjoys traveling with his wife, watching and playing sports, and volunteering time with local charitable organizations.
