As the leader of Fluidics’ senior executive team, Bob sets the company’s strategic direction, oversees its revenue and profitability growth, identifies significant opportunity areas, and establishes appropriate organizational structures and policies.
Bob leverages the executive team’s breadth of expertise to ensure the company’s future success, overseeing the long-range plan for growing Fluidics’ comprehensive offering of mechanical, maintenance, energy, and operations services while maintaining the strong customer relationships for which the company is known.
A firm believer in lifelong learning, Bob has completed a variety of leadership training programs and holds a number of management and leadership certifications through Babson College, Penn State University, and Southern Methodist University.
Bob’s career in the service industry spans decades. He joined Fluidics in 1995 as a service technician, servicing and maintaining a full range air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Bob added to his service expertise by completing a number of technical training and design programs.
His dedication to his craft and to the company led Bob to become Vice President of Service Dispatch, followed by Senior Vice President and General Manager, prior to him becoming the President of Fluidics.
Bob is not only committed to the growth and success of Fluidics and EMCOR Group, but also to the industry as a whole. He has held positions on national committees with the Mechanical Service Contractors of America, including the education and labor committees. He served three terms as President of the Service Contractors Association of Greater Delaware Valley, and has sat on the Board of Directors of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Eastern Pennsylvania since 2002.
When not at work, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and grandchildren.
