William H. Foskey
Director, Energy and Controls Division
As director of the energy and controls division, Bill is responsible for achieving gross profit goals and increasing EMCOR Services Fluidics’ revenue. Through his creative solutions to reduce energy usage, Bill has established Fluidics as the regional expert for building owners interested in adding value to their properties by decreasing energy related operating costs. He conducts and oversees energy audits, rebate programs, energy conservation projects, remote energy monitoring, and general energy consulting. Projects are executed by his staff of energy analysts, controls integrators, electricians, and project managers.
Bill brings over 26 years of experience in the HVAC and energy service industry. His expertise includes sales, service, project management, design/build, plan and spec, electrical, HVAC, and building automation training. Bill began his career in 1984 in the HVAC industry as an apprentice and was later promoted to a service technician. Throughout his profession, Bill held various positions in the HVAC and service sales arena where he gained the knowledge he utilizes in his current position. Prior to joining Fluidics, Bill served as the vice president of sales and operations with a reputable mechanical contractor. In this role, he implemented operations plans and was recognized as a team leader in customer service satisfaction and overall operational excellence and service.
Bill achieved HVAC and electrical certification from vocational school and later completed two years of environmental engineering courses at Delaware Community College. He is in the process of acquiring his Green Associate certificate and pursuing his LEED AP (EB) and CEM certification.
The Personal Side
Bill is married with three sons and enjoys fishing, golfing, and carpentry.
