Cosmo recruits, trains, and manages EMCOR Services Fluidics’ field service team of 45 highly-trained technicians. They provide preventive maintenance and repair/replacement services for chillers, boilers, and controls at client facility sites throughout the Tri-State Area. Cosmo ensures prompt material ordering, quality service, and account profitability, and he is dedicated to sustaining relationships with Fluidics’ clientele.
Cosmo has decades of hands-on experience in the mechanical services industry. He started as a technician, advanced to field supervisor, then service manager, and now serves as Operations Manager, responsible for all service and controls operations.
He has studied at Penn State Abington and Lincoln Technical Institute where he took several industry-specific courses, such as direct digital controls and structures training.
Through the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, Cosmo has completed special training for the joint apprenticeship program as well as courses in OEM equipment. He has also completed leadership training through the Mechanical Services Contractors of America.
Cosmo played an integral role in helping to develop the EMCOR Building Services Dispatcher Training Program, and was also involved with developing the EMCOR Boiler Peer Group.
In his spare time, Cosmo enjoys, fishing, hunting, cooking, and spending time with his family.
