Tom leads his sales team to consistently deliver high-level results through effective coaching and training. He manages client interactions and guides his team to exceed customer expectations.
His strategic planning skills help maximize sales growth, increase profitability, and build lasting and trusting partnerships.
Tom has over three decades of experience in the HVAC industry, specializing in mechanical systems master planning, HVAC retrofits/modification, piping infrastructure retro-fits/modification, building energy solutions, building controls, and high tonnage HVAC systems service.
After 10 years in the field working as an HVAC installation expert, Tom transitioned to selling commercial and industrial maintenance agreements. From there, he worked with engineering and design teams to develop energy and solutions-based projects, and eventually became the director of sales and marketing.
Tom has his OSHA 30, and is certified in air conditioning and refrigeration from the Philadelphia Wireless Institute. He has also completed several industry accreditation programs, including Limbach's Leadership Excellence Accreditation and Development, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America Advanced Leadership Institute, and HVAC Level 1 through the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
Tom’s hobbies include woodworking, biking, and reading. He also enjoys vacationing with his family and relaxing on the beach.
