Kenneth is responsible for helping promote all aspects of safety throughout our organization, including regulatory compliance, the development of our safety program and resources, and the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of workplace hazards.
Working closely with the safety professionals across our branches, Kenneth leads our Safety Committee and provides safety training and guidance to all employees. This includes facilitating corrective action when necessary, helping assign safety accountability, and performing annual safety performance reviews.
Further, he also manages our workers’ compensation cases and champions our return-to-work policy.
Expertise
With well over two decades of experience in the industry, Kenneth is a proven expert on all aspects of construction safety. He has worked in a variety of safety roles, including positions as a supervisor, manager, consultant, and director.
Throughout his career, Kenneth has performed company-wide audits aimed at reaching key safety performance indicators. A central aspect of his work has been the development of safety materials and programs, including company protocols, digital tools, training videos, and more. Whether sitting down with top executives or talking with field teams, Kenneth is adept at leading meetings that help communicate the importance of safety.
Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental resource management with a focus on occupational safety and health from Pennsylvania State University. He holds a number of safety certifications and is a member of the General Building Contractors Association and Mechanical Contractors Association of America.
Additionally, Kenneth was a recipient of the National Underwriter Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Award.
